Reinilda Blair is a Dominican-born, Atlanta-based visionary artist and curator. Through vibrant paintings, sculptures, and installations, she explores ancestry, memory, and the subconscious.

Reinilda Blair is a visionary artist and curator born in Bonao, Dominican Republic, raised in New York City, and now based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Working primarily in acrylics, sculpture, and immersive installations, Blair’s practice explores ancestry, cultural memory, and spiritual transcendence. Her work unfolds as a trilogy of inquiries, beginning with Transcendence, a series born from her near-death experience, and continuing with Ayiti-Quisqueya: Nexus of the Taíno, which centers on Dominican and Haitian heritage. Blair’s art has been exhibited across metro Atlanta in spaces including ArtsXchange, Spruill Gallery, Mason Fine Art, and Fulton Government Center. She curated Somos Herencia, the first-ever Hispanic Heritage Month exhibition at Fulton Government Center, and is an active member of Arts Alpharetta. Her public practice includes murals and cultural events designed to engage community through shared heritage, dialogue, and celebration. Her work has been featured in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Alpharetta City Lifestyle, and she has received recognition such as Second Place at Paint the Town Alpharetta and Third Place at ArtsXchange’s opening awards. By weaving ancestral narratives with visionary imagery, Blair positions her art as both a personal journey and a collective mirror.
